...ooh there's been some nice squalls and a good amount of rain on parking lots and fruit trees exploding in back and forth colorful spells of early warm weather,
then cold again: apples, cherries, almonds, all in flower.

Brilliant painting which reflects the ominous quality of the light suggesting that perhaps this fine weather won't last and return to more seasonal temperatures which in turn will prevent the trees from producing fruit. A very dramatic painting. The use of black is what does the trick. Coincidentally yesterday I was thinking of doing a painting on a black background. Is your painting acrylic or computer generated?
